Twenty84 is looking for a dedicated and collaborative Compliance and Supervision Manager to join our client's friendly and inclusive workplace. This full-time role is based in London and offers an excellent salary of £65,000-£70,000 and fantastic benefits.
As a flexible Compliance and Supervision Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a range of compliance and supervision solutions to Appointed Representative firms through the company's regulated principal firm. You will also be advising senior business stakeholders on the firm’s regulatory obligations and how they should be met concerning retail investment platforms, along with the firm's associated transaction monitoring and reporting responsibilities (MiFID Transaction Reporting).
In your first few weeks in this Compliance Manager role, you can expect to:
Draft policies, procedures and reports as required
Produce internal and external reports on FCA policy
Plan, schedule, and undertake supervisory visits of appointed representative firms
Provide detailed audit reports and feedback to senior management
Ensure required audit actions are tracked to completion
To apply for this compliance and supervision role, you will need an understanding of the FCA handbook, specifically for MiFID investment firms. In addition, you should have systems and process experience in either front or back-office and expertise in interpreting and applying UK and international regulations. Experience in MiFID II trade and transaction reporting and practical knowledge of the Market Abuse Regulation Regime would also be highly beneficial.
