Contingent Search (Permanent) – effectively our ‘no win, no fee’ approach. We are confident in our ability to deliver and this is our most widely-used service at all levels from Analyst through to ‘Head of’ and Director level roles. We will give you an honest assessment of the market for your role and our ability to source candidates for it; and work with you to take a full brief. We will provide value-add advice such as benchmarking on salaries/benefits to ensure that you remain competitive and can help you to write enticing job specs. We’ll work with your timelines, organise the interview process, and submit a well-researched set of candidates that match your requirements, ensuring that your role and type of organisation is exactly what those candidates are looking for. We pride ourselves on our relationships with candidates and work with them every step of the way to ensure that they get what they are looking for and so do you, managing the recruitment process to its successful conclusion.

Contract and Interim – we believe that flexible working is here to stay and will continue to grow over the coming years, especially as businesses need to overcome many regulatory challenges and there continues to be a desire to work more flexibly. We have deep experience in providing contractors and interims at all levels, especially those that help overcome business issues whether they be regulatory changes or compliance/financial crime/risk, as well as interim requirements such as maternity cover or replacing sudden departures.
