Description
Do you have compliance and risk experience, and are you seeking a new job in London? Twenty84 is looking for a Compliance Director and MLRO to act as an ambassador and guide for the compliance culture at a thriving and inclusive FX payments company. This full-time role offers a salary of £100,000-120,000 and a wide range of great benefits.
 
As a flexible Compliance Officer, you will be nurturing, embracing and developing the company's team to achieve the highest possible standards in approach to compliance and oversight. You will need to be entirely aware of their regulatory, money laundering and financial crime requirements and continuously provide advice to leadership for adjusting and enhancing compliance policies and procedures as the business grows.
 
If you were already in this Compliance Director and MLRO job, here are some of the areas you would have been working on recently:
  • Work with the board to set compliance framework in line with business philosophy and culture
  • Creating, maintaining and implementing compliance risk policies and procedures, compliance manual, client onboarding risk assessments, AML policy, TCF policy, complaints policy, breaches and financial crime policy
  • Maintaining relationships with banking counterparts, regulators and external suppliers
  • Review and sign off on all financial promotions and record compliance approval
  • Maintain oversight of Client Money
 
 
To apply for this senior compliance role, you will need to be an experienced compliance professional, preferably in the FX and payments industry or similar Fintech. You will also need to register for necessary control functions and have experience in holding these positions. Our client is looking for someone who can effectively collaborate across the business and is able to identify and resolve business issues.
