If you are a Policy Manager looking for a new role in London, we want to hear from you. Twenty84 is helping a collaborative company recruit a Policy Manager, and this full-time role comes with an attractive salary of up to £50,000.

 

In this Policy & Public Affairs Manager role, you will have a unique opportunity to work on novel, complex, and exciting issues at the bleeding edge of digital asset law and policy.

 

To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:


  • Report to the Policy & Public Affairs Director and collaborate with staff across the organisation


  • Develop and advocate for policy positions on a broad range of issues related to the digital asset industry


  • Conduct research and draft memoranda, briefing materials, policy reports, comment letters and legislation


  • Build relationships and consensus with a broad coalition of civil servants, parliamentarians, a wide range of government departments, international organisations, public officials, and community leaders


  • Track and analyse new legislation, case law, guidance, and rule making


 

To succeed, you have gained a Law, international relations, public administration or similar academic qualification (Masters or similar) and have at least two years of relevant practical experience at either a law firm, in-house, regulatory body, or government department. You will also need:


  • Knowledge of and demonstrable success of working in policy/public affairs (essential)


  • Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology (nice to have but not essential)


  • Self-motivation and the drive to take ownership of projects and operate with autonomy


  • To be a good team player


  • An entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of curiosity, and a high degree of professionalism


 

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, and enjoy being part of a friendly and inclusive team.
