- If you are a talented and experienced Third-Party Vendor Manager looking for a new role in London, we want to hear from you. Twenty84 is helping a collaborative global Bank recruit a Third-Party Vendor Manager for Europe, and the role comes with an attractive salary of £80-95k and excellent benefits package including non-contributory pension, healthcare, hybrid flexible working, and annual bonus.
In this Third-Party Vendor Manager- Europe role, you will lead a portfolio of relationships supporting our client's businesses in Europe.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things tasks you can expect to undertake:
Leadership and oversight of vendor governance throughout the vendor life cycle, including executive level meetings with third parties
Collaboration with our client's business partners, Second Line of Defence, Third Party Risk Management and Strategic Sourcing function to onboard new suppliers/arrangements
Lead and facilitate enterprise-wide remediation plans related to risks and issues
Drive outsourcing awareness and compliance across all vendors in Europe
Oversight and monitoring of the Third Party Management outsourcing program
Play a key role in setting the direction for the relationship with the third parties through the development and management of vendor strategies
Third Party Risk Management / Vendor Risk Management related policies and regional regulatory requirements
Facilitate the contract renewal and negotiation process
To succeed you should have a good knowledge of the Third Party Management function and operations, with a proven track record of driving benefits and positive impact with large, complex vendor relationships. Other essential requirements include but aren't limited to:
Experience working with regulated outsourcing providers in Europe
Good strategic thinking and/or business acumen, in addition to well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills with the ability to work confidently when dealing with senior management
