Description
Twenty84 is looking for an experienced and collaborative Senior Compliance Associate to join our client's welcoming and inclusive team. This full-time compliance role is based in London and offers a salary of £45,000-£55,000 and excellent benefits.



As a flexible Senior Compliance Associate, you will assist the company's Compliance team in delivering a range of compliance and supervision solutions to Appointed Representative firms through its regulated principal firm.



To give you an idea of how this Senior Compliance Associate role will look and feel if you were currently working for our client, these are some things you would have been doing this week:



  • Assisting with the Appointed Representative onboarding process


  • Reviewing and approving financial promotions


  • Conducting file reviews and assisting with writing compliance training material


  • Assisting with training and competence visits to Appointed Representative firms


  • Writing audit reports with support




To succeed in this Compliance Associate role, you should have some experience working within a regulated organisation in a compliance position. Additional requirements include:



  • A detailed understanding of FCA regulation and the ability to apply this to the firm's business requirements


  • An awareness of the immediate and the broader implications when applying regulation in practice


  • Mindful of the commercial objectives of the firm when delivering compliance assistance


  • CISI Level 3 qualifications or equivalent (advantageous) and/or legal qualifications such as LLB, LLM, LPC




In return for your dedication, collaboration and commitment, you will receive a salary of £45k-£55k and fantastic benefits, including 25-30 days holiday entitlement depending on the length of service, study support, company pension scheme, private medical insurance, gym membership contribution and more!
