Do you have investments financial services experience, and are you seeking a new job in London? Twenty84 is helping a collaborative Compliance Consultancy recruit a Senior Compliance Manager, and this full-time role comes with an attractive salary of up to £115,000 plus bonus and benefits and flexible hybrid working style.
In this senior management role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of compliance solutions to the teams’ clients.
If you were already up and running in this flexible role, here are some of the areas you would have worked in last week:
Providing a compliance technical help desk function to the firm and its investments clients
Undertaking a range of projects as requested by senior management and the board
Undertaking Training and Competence visits to clients
Assisting with the development of compliance policies and procedures
Providing detailed audit reports and making recommendations to the clients of any areas requiring attention
Creating new business opportunities and delivering proposals to clients and concluding sales
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of regulatory policies, including, Financial Crime Prevention, Market Abuse, Conflicts of Interest, Personal Account Dealing, Inducements, Financial Promotions, Training and Competence for AIFMD and MiFID firms
To succeed in this Senior Compliance Manager Investments job, you should have a relevant financial services background and experience. Other requirements include but aren't limited to:
MiFID and/or AIFMD experience (essential)
Good commercial awareness
Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
A good working knowledge of financial Investment products including but not limited to physical equities, various types of funds and derivatives / CFDs. Execution only, advisory and discretionary services.
The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
