- Twenty84 has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Senior Compliance Governance Officer to join our client's friendly and thriving team. This full-time senior compliance role is based in London with hybrid working (1-2 days in the office per week) and offers an attractive salary of £70,000-£75,000 and fantastic benefits including bonus, non-contributory pension, private healthcare, and study support.
As a flexible Senior Compliance Governance Officer, you will direct the effort to gather data for several regulatory reporting submissions to the regulators. You will also manage communications received into the London compliance team from internal and external stakeholders.
If you were already in this Senior Compliance Governance Officer role, here are some of the areas you would have been working on:
Contributing to compliance policy and procedures review and updates
Compliance monitoring and testing
Implementing various on and off-boarding core compliance tasks for employees joining and leaving
Assisting in compliance monitoring activities such as Personal Account Dealing and Gifts & Entertainment
Maintaining risk registers including Breach and Conflicts of Interest registers
Preparing periodic Management Information for reporting to governance committees
Developing compliance training material for topics on the annual training plan
To succeed in this compliance role, you will need excellent organisation skills to prioritise a wide variety of tasks as required and effectively manage a changing workload. You will also require solid analytical skills, including the ability to assess and provide guidance independently. In addition, you should possess a proactive approach with the capability to multitask and efficiently work to meet strict timelines. The ability to evaluate information and find innovative solutions to problems is also essential.
