- Twenty84 is helping a profitable Fintech company find a top-performing, smart and motivated Legal Counsel to join their legal team in London working across the UK and Europe, reporting to the General Counsel. The role comes with a salary of £105-£125k, up to 25% bonus, equity, and an excellent benefits package.
As a flexible Legal Counsel, you will work with the wider company to deliver growth against ambitious targets, support the company's business in the UK and Europe and assist with its geographic expansion to new jurisdictions.
To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
Work closely with the General Counsel and executive management to find innovative and business-friendly solutions for commercial law and negotiations, investor relations, and supporting corporate finance transactions
Support the sales and partnership team on major partnerships and participate in negotiations
Draft, review and negotiate agreements, contracts, amendments and other legal documents
Respond to ad hoc legal queries from the business, providing appropriate legal solutions
To apply, you will need 3+ years of PQE with experience in commercial law or corporate law or and be looking for an opportunity to grow within a supportive and knowledgeable team environment. You will also require the following:
3+ years of professional experience as a lawyer, preferably from a renowned international law firm, the financial sector or the tech industry
Knowledge and understanding of commercial transactions and corporate law
Expert problem-solving skills and ability to concisely communicate
Exposure to a broad range of commercial and technology law issues
In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an excellent benefits package, including a salary of £105,000 to £125,000.
