Compliance Officer

Do you have financial crime and compliance experience, and are you seeking a new job with remote working opportunities? The responsibilities for this role will combine both operational and strategic objectives, supporting the future growth of the business with compliance at its core as it grows.

If you were already in this Compliance Associate role, here are some of the areas you would have been working on recently:

• 
  KYC, CDD, and AML checks on individuals, institutions, partners and vendors and transaction monitoring


• 
  FCA reporting and regulatory submissions


• 
  Assist in managing regulatory compliance risk such as MiFID 2


• 
  Assisting the Chief Compliance Officer with tasks

Essential requirements include but are not limited to:

• 
  A proactive approach to problems and presenting solutions


• 
  Research and report writing


• 
  Knowledge of MiFID / AIFMD


• 
  Experience in Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention activities
