Senior Compliance Associate - Payment Services

Our client, a multi-award winning consultancy firm based in London, is looking for a full-time Senior Compliance Associate to work within their Payment Services team.

The company are offering a competitive salary as well as an excellent benefits package. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with 2 days in the office and 3 days home-working.

In this role, you will provide support for firms regulated by the FCA under payment services regulations.

Responsibilities

• 
  Review and analyse client documentation to a competent standard whilst applying the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks


• 
  Provide support for FCA authorisation applications across a range of types of payment service provider firms


• 
  Liaise directly with clients to assist with technical questions and provide support with the applications


• 
  Answer technical questions following submission.

Requirements:

• 
  Must have a working knowledge of Payment Service Regulations 2017 and the FCA approach to regulating payment firms. You will also require the following:


• 
  Broad base of compliance understanding


• 
  Numeracy, analytical skills and the ability to articulate clearly


• 
  Competence with all Microsoft packages.
