6-Month+ Contract to Perm Company Secretary Role
Are you a Company Secretary with financial services regulatory experience? We have a fantastic 6-month contract opportunity for you with a strong potential to go permanent. Covering the UK and Europe, for a global banking business based in London with a hybrid working style (3 days in the City office per week).
Key Highlights:
- Act as Company Secretary for Group Companies in the UK and Europe (France).
- Manage governance bodies' board meetings and support governance matters.
- Proactively develop and deliver Board agendas.
- Distribute tasks, attend meetings, and draft minutes.
- Cross-jurisdictional exposure in a fast-paced financial services setting.

Requirements:
- Prior Company Secretary or Deputy Company Secretary experience in financial services (essential).
- Cross-jurisdictional experience in the UK and French regulatory environments (desirable but not essential).
- Data privacy experience (desirable but not essential).
- Proficient in statutory record maintenance, board meetings, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of corporate legislation and regulatory requirements.
