- Exceptional business operating in the FX and payments space is looking for a Compliance Monitoring Analyst, this is a Fast Track company offering a good package and career development opportunities, as well as over time an equity package and bonuses:
Develop and improve the Compliance Monitoring Programme using a risk based approach
Design assessments and compliance testing standards
Work with senior management to coordinate controls testing and thematic reviews
Contribute to the Risk Committee reports highlighting issues and remedial actions
Conduct reviews on the KYC / onboarding / transaction monitoring teams
Design and deliver Management Information / MI
To apply for this role you will need experience of KYC/onboarding and transaction monitoring and be looking to move into a 2nd line Compliance Monitoring role where you can further develop your knowledge and experience. You will also need some experience of compliance monitoring or audit frameworks in the 2nd line. This experience should be from the FX industry and regulatory exposure is also useful e.g. TCF, FX trade execution, Best Execution, Financial Promotions
