Description
Twenty84 has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Compliance Officer to join our client's friendly and thriving team. This full-time compliance governance role is based in London with hybrid working (1-2 days in the office per week) and offers an attractive salary of up to £70,000+  and fantastic benefits including bonus, non-contributory pension, private healthcare, and study support.

 

As a flexible Compliance Officer, you will be working on the Compliance Monitoring Programme, helping to develop and implement the compliance testing plan, scoping, performing, and reporting on compliance monitoring reviews including deep dive and thematic reviews.

 

If you were already in this Compliance Officer role, here are some of the other areas you would have been working on:



  • Regulatory reporting submissions and contributing to compliance policy and procedures review and updates


  • Maintaining risk registers including Breach and Conflicts of Interest registers


  • Preparing periodic Management Information for reporting to governance committees


  • Developing compliance training material for topics on the annual training plan


 

To succeed in this compliance role, you will need general compliance experience including ideally compliance monitoring experience on compliance oversight or AML issues. Excellent organisation skills to prioritise a wide variety of tasks as required and effectively manage a changing workload. You will also require solid analytical skills, including the ability to assess and provide guidance independently. In addition, you should possess a proactive approach with the capability to multitask and efficiently work to meet strict timelines. The ability to evaluate information and find innovative solutions to problems is also essential.
