Episode 1 - Ian Taylor, Executive Director, Crypto UK

Ian Taylor has had a long and successful career in Financial Services and is one of the UK's leading minds on Crypto, being an Executive Director at Crypto UK where he has worked to help educate and support policymakers and regulators about the crypto and digital asset industry. We were delighted that Ian was able to join us on the podcast at a crucial and exciting time in the Crypto space, and the knowledge and advice he shared with us during this conversation is well worth a listen! 

Episode 2 - Devina Paul, Chief Financial Officer - Zumo

Joining us on the TalentSetter podcast for our secind episode is Devina Paul, co-founder of Galvanise, an angel investor syndicate making investments in disruptive early stage tech businesses. She is also currently CFO for Zumo, a Crypto smart wallet and payments platform founded in 2017. She has had a very successful and interesting career-to-date in Finance, and most recently her focus has been with start-ups in their earliest phases, helping them build sustainable growth. In particular we focussed on wellbeing at work and staying mentally well in our professional lives; Devina has a great amount of wisdom to impart on this topic and it is well worth listening to. We also had some interesting conversation about how to be successful, moving in to different industries and working in start-ups.
