Award winning compliance consultancy based in the City is looking for a Compliance Manager to join their team due to continued growth and be responsible for delivering a range of financial services compliance solutions to their clients in the Investments sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get more exposure to a variety of clients and expand your compliance experience:
Responsible for the implementation of any requirements of FCA rules and regulations relating to appointed representative firms
Draft policies, procedures and reports and produce internal and external reports on FCA policy
Plan schedule and undertake supervisory visits of appointed representative firms and provide detailed audit reports and feedback to Senior Management
Supporting the Financial Promotions approval process
To apply for this role you should have good exposure to investments / collective investment schemes or MiFID II Trade and transaction reporting. Exposure to MAR (Market Abuse Regulation Regime) is also desirable.
