- Are you an AML officer looking for an exciting new challenge in London? Twenty84 is helping a successful global FX group find a full-time Senior AML Transaction Monitoring Officer to join their thriving London office, and the role comes with an annual salary of up to £50,000 plus some excellent benefits.
If you were already working in this compliance role, based on the trading floor, here are some of the things you would have done last week:
Ongoing transaction monitoring processes, including ComplyAdvantage alerts and sanction screening
Investigating suspicious activity and any compliance breaches and where necessary escalating
Assisting the settlements team with investigation of unexpected inward payments
Screening of all outward payments to clients and third parties
Assisting with client refreshes, documenting changes to business profiles, and ensuring all aspects of trading activity are within expectations
Being a mentor to the team and managing more complex cases and issues
To succeed in this financial services position, you must have performed an AML role – specifically AML transaction monitoring for corporate clients for either another FX/payments company or Fintech/start-up (desirable) or from within financial services.
